In this series of lessons, pupils will learn how scientists are developing new medicines from animal dung. They will then explore an informational leaflet with rows and columns of text about different types of medicines and vaccines to identify their benefits, things to be careful of, and their possible side effects. At the end of the week, pupils will work to identify real and fake facts about the medicines they’ve been studying . . .
